(Reuploaded) In this tutorial for the first part of the Zbrush for beginners series, i am showing you some of the essential tools for modifying a zbrush polymesh.

ZBrush 4 - Some basic stuff about 'Spotlight' and capturing the polypainting to a texture, using GOZ to transfer it all instantly to Cinema 4D. I missed out on a few things but I will hopefully do another tutorial once I've learnt it a little more ;-)
